Installation Administrator

Hours: 39 hours - Monday - Friday (start time flex)Salary: Up to £26k DOE A fantastic opportunity for an Installation Administrator to join a vibrant and dynamic business, managing the installations across the UK. This is a key role within the wide spread of installation operations and will be part of a small administration team with which to provide dedicated resource to ensure process adherence, co-ordination of tasks and provide appropriate reporting to track installation performance in addition to providing valuable administration resource around installation planning and pricing to ensure that there is full traceability for auditing purposes and both internal and external customers are serviced in line with defined SLA’s. Duties: As the Installation Administrator you will provide administration resource around installation planning to ensure full transparency and traceability.Task orientated planning with regards to customer installation, extraction and kit move requests.Run reports monthly or on-demand to provide specific installation performance figures.Responsible for the accurate maintenance of the warehouse TISR report (cost recording).Analysis and reporting of KPI data as demanded showcasing installation performance.Provide general health and safety housekeeping as directed.Provide project administration support in driving continuous improvement.3rd party SLA adherence Candidate Requirements: Experience working in a busy office environmentGood knowledge of Excel essentialExperience of the use of SAP and Microsoft CRM desirableAbility to deal with queries swiftly and accuratelyExcellent written and verbal communication skills are essentialDue to the location own transport is essential Benefits: Gym membershipOn-site parkingSick pay Candidates with experience working as Transport Planner, Planning Supervisor, Installations Supervisor would be highly suitable for this role.
