The firm are looking to appoint an insolvency partner into the Birmingham office to head this department up. You will be an acknowledged expert in this field and will have a loyal portfolio of clients keen to instruct you on business matters and who will want to work with the wider business.This firm is genuinely rather special. Over a period of time I have seen their growth strategy come to fruition and a delivery on promises to junior partners to progress them through the Equity. With an approach that sets this firm apart from everyone else, this practice will give you the opportunity to further enhance your skills along with the chance to learn from some of the leading players within the insolvency market. • This department has seen some really exciting hires within the team and are well recognised within Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. • The team is dynamic and forward thinking and have some really good clients across the Midlands and also nationally. • As a result of exciting expansion plans the insolvency team are now looking to recruit an additional Partner / Senior Associate into the team. • The highly rated insolvency team of this leading practice provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs. • The firm have identified a need within their flourishing department and they are actively looking to recruit an experienced Insolvency Solicitor. • Your role will involve advising individuals, companies and also insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvency-related matters. • The successful Insolvency Solicitor will be providing assistance on receiverships, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements as well as administrations. • You will be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic and have a passion for business development.
