I'm partnered with a rapidly evolving organisation who are looking for an Administrator to support the compliance team initially for 3 months. You will be reporting directly into the Compliance Team Leader supporting with administration, compliance and customer communications. Duties Deliver front-line administration and compliance services to tenants, customers, and colleagues. Receive and manage compliance events, define service needs, and schedule work to ensure 100% compliance within required deadlines. Distribute work activities to planners and contractors; instruct and schedule minor works. Monitor and progress work to successful completion. Maintain data management systems, process certifications, and track service requirements for each asset. Liaise with customers, keeping them informed of service progress. Request work orders and purchase orders to ensure timely invoicing. Manage and store paperwork and certificates across multiple systems for reporting and retrieval. Perform general administrative tasks, requiring good IT and telephony skills.
