They are looking for a commerically minded Insight Analyst to turn complex data into clear insight to drive performance. Key Responsibilities Analyse performance data, identify trends, and carry out deep-dive investigations.Define meaningful KPIs and refine existing performance measures.Work with operational teams to understand root causes, recommend solutions, and track impact.Produce insight reports that explain what's happening and what actions are needed. Essential 2+ years' experience delivering impactful analysis in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills and confidence working with large datasets.Advanced SQL skills, plus experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI or Tableau.Strong stakeholder engagement, including experience producing senior-level insight.
