As we continue our IT transformation journey, we are looking to bring in a Network Specialist who will be able to lead the engineering and design of our hybrid infrastructure, championing cyber-secure design principles and drive the business on this journey.The RoleThis role will involve engineering, designing, monitoring, and supporting our hybrid network infrastructure, encompassing both core data centre and cloud environments. The successful individual will specialise in strategic network engineering and LLD ownership, ensuring the infrastructure runs smoothly, securely, and efficiently to support the organisations goals and objectives.Responsibilities include:Design, and deploy end-to-end network solutions, including LANs, WANs, WLAN and SD-WAN Solutions, both on-premise and within cloud infrastructureServe as the subject matter expert for all Azure networking components, leading integration, security, and governance efforts.Drive cross-functional collaboration, partnering closely with architecture, cybersecurity, and change delivery teams to ensure network designs and implementations are secure, compliant, and fully aligned with business and technical objectives.Drive network automation initiatives, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions (e.g. Ansible) to streamline provisioning, management, and monitoring.Manage and monitor networks, servers, and systems to ensure optimal performance.
