Responsibilities Guide a team to implement, manage, and support the organisation's ICT infrastructure services.Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.Oversee the administration and maintenance of Microsoft 365, Windows servers and services, Citrix, and cloud-based services.Ensure the secure and efficient operation of Windows Server infrastructure, cloud services, and applications, including  Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, Hyper-V, Citrix Hypervisor, Exchange Online, File & Print, and Desktop Virtualization (Citrix Cloud Hybrid).Mange technical projects to develop, implement, and maintain technology-based systems.Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the IT infrastructure through strategic projects.Develop and maintain Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery, and Backup procedures for server infrastructure and cloud data recovery.Play a key role in the procurement process for new solutions and services.Provide professional advice to contribute to the selection of the most effective and cost-efficient IT solutions. Requirements Proven experience in effectively managing and managing teams to achieve objectives.Ability to motivate and guide team members toward common goals and objectives.A track record of fostering a collaborative and high-performance team culture.Expertise in project requirements gathering and delivery management.Experience working in an IT infrastructure-related role.Due to the nature of this role, there would be a requirement to be in the office frequently and be within commutable distance to attend at short notice.
