Global Information Security & Cyber Security Director As the Global Head of Information & Cyber Security, you will implement and oversee technical and process security controls and lead continuous improvement programs to address evolving threats and risks. This role demands in-depth knowledge of system technologies and current information security frameworks, regulations, vulnerability management, incident response, secure development, cyber security operations, and risk management. Starting as the Information Security lead, you will develop a global strategy, define necessary roles and skills, recruit and onboard staff, and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring. You must assess business risks through a security perspective, offering expert support and guidance. This collaborative role involves ensuring compliance with ISO27001, PCI-DSS, and other frameworks, managing senior leadership on security strategies, and leading your team to meet high standards. Senior Information Security Analyst Hybrid / Basingstoke £60,000 per annum We're looking for a Senior Information Security Analyst to join a an innovative, market-leading insurance company. Their Information Security team have a clear mandate to identify, manage and remediate security risk across the organisation, playing a pivotal role in safeguarding our data and infrastructure from cyber-attack. You will be responsible for a broad remit, including Security Tooling (deploying, managing and optimising security tools including network monitoring, email security, data loss prevention and others) in addition to the identification, quantification, and response to identified cyber security risks across the organisation. This role will allow you to get involved in everything Security and expand on your own experience, working in a smaller team allowing you to have the autonomy you need.
