Legal Cashier CantelloTayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Legal Billing Coordinator to join our client based in Egham, Surrey. The successful applicant will be a strong team player with a good work ethic and excellent attention to detail. You will be able to deal with large volumes of data and possess excellent communication skills. The successful Legal Billing Coordinator will be responsible for: Daily bank reconciliations (Client & Office)Identification and allocation of all office and client receiptsAccounts Payable, processing of supplier invoices and expenses onto Sage and monthly supplier reconciliationsProcessing Staff ExpensesReview, posting & reconciliation of Counsel Fees & other anticipated disbursementsBilling of disbursements and fees.Weekly and monthly reconciliation and follow up.Monthly nominal reporting for Legal DirectorDealing with general case related queries & issuesAssisting with the SRA audit carried out by external auditorsAd hoc duties as required (monitoring inbox, daily banking, supporting file handlers and annual audit) The Legal Billing Coordinator will have: Previous experience working in a Finance DepartmentExperience in a similar role within a legal practice idealKnowledge of SARs, VAT compliance idealGood time management skills & ability to prioritise workloadsAbility to multi-task and handle interruptionsGood interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work well within a teamExcellent attention to detailProactive and able to use initiativeAbility to work in a busy environmentExperience of Sage Software is an advantageConfidential with sensitive informationAbility to build relationships and work with people of all levels of seniorityGood excel skills & knowledge of Microsoft packages If this Legal Billing Coordinator role is of interest to you, please click apply or contact Charlotte Harding in our Egham office.
