Due to an internal promotion, they are now seeking an Industrial Electrician on a permanent basis. Reporting directly into the Maintenance Supervisor, and under minimal supervision from the Senior Electricians, your role will include installation, maintenance and removal of electrical components within the industrial and office environments of the site.   Other elements of the role will include, but not be limited to; Safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs, installations, testing,  and removals of primarily electrical equipment, but also of mechanical equipment as required.Use of fixed and mobile power tools, including but not limited to drills, saws and impact drivers. Use of vehicles including counterbalance forklift trucks and articulated boom lifts. (training can be provided on this)Assist in the troubleshooting of industrial electrical equipment and instrumentation, including the interpretation of basic to intermediate electrical diagrams.Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned according to the needs of the business.
