Electrical ImproverHours: Monday to Friday 08.30-17.30Location: BloomsburyThe RoleAs an Electrical Improver, you will be part of the Residential team providing electrical reactive services to the student accommodation buildings which will include all areas of Student accommodation.The Electrical Improver will be carrying out hands on reactive calls of primary electrical equipment within common parts of Student residential buildings. Conducting fault detection and repairing various electrical circuits. Diagnosing and rectifying electrical faults responsibly, while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements. Performing efficient servicing, fault diagnosis, and repair work on electrical systems according to current standards. Submitting clear, concise, and accurate reports detailing the work undertaken. Participate in building shutdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Provide technical support for electrical systems and assist in trouble shooting issues. Document all maintenance and repair activities, keeping accurate records. Day to Day Responsibilities Electrical reactive duties within student accommodationSurvey jobs and notify your team leader of materials required.Must be calm under pressure and always willing to help.
