Key ResponsibilitiesManage the full process of import shipments from arrival to final delivery.Handle airfreight import documentation, including AWBs, invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, overseas agents, hauliers, and customers to ensure smooth cargo movement.Arrange customs clearance, working closely with internal or external customs brokers.Prepare and submit import entries Track and monitor shipments, updating customers proactively on progress and resolving any issues or delays.Liaise with customers on shipment status, requirements, and any additional services needed.Raise files in the company’s freight management system, ensuring all costs and revenues are accurately recorded.Invoice files promptly and accurately in line with company policy.Support the team with sea and road import shipments when required.Ensure compliance with all HMRC and international trade regulations.Maintain and build good relationships with customers and suppliers.Experience in import operations, Strong knowledge of airfreight import procedures and documentation.Understanding of customs clearance processesD
