This is a genuinely influential position where you will be integral to the management structure and play a pivotal part in shaping the administration function as the business evolves.The RoleAs the IFA Administration Manager, you will:Lead, mentor, and develop a growing administration team (currently a team of five, with expansion expected).Adopt a “player/manager” approach - providing hands-on support with more complex administration tasks where required.Oversee workflows, ensure high-quality output and implement process improvements across the administration function.Work closely with advisers and management to ensure seamless client service delivery.Contribute to the forward growth and operational efficiency of the business.About YouThe ideal candidate will:Bring experience from an IFA, Financial Planning, or Wealth Management environment.Possess strong leadership skills alongside a willingness to remain hands-on.Have a solid understanding of the full financial planning administration process.Be proactive, organised, and passionate about delivering excellent client service.Be excited by the opportunity to take ownership, influence change, and grow with the business.What’s on OfferCompetitive basic salary up to £50,000 (with flexibility for outstanding candidates).Performance bonus.Comprehensive company benefits.The chance to join a progressive, respected firm at a pivotal moment in its growth journey.
