Average Implementation Consultant salary in the UK

Super job for an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant, who has experience with implementing accounting / finance software or the accounting modules of ERP software. As an Implementation consultant you will already know enough about the financials, accounting, and sales order processing side of ERP to be able to take requirements from a CFO or finance director and understand enough to steer them towards the ideal solution. You will work in all stages of SaaS implementation projects including some pre-sales, through to installation of the software. You need to have a broad view of business accounting and a strong understanding of your clients' needs. They offer remote working with travel to client sites 2 or 3 days per month. Starting salary to £60,000 plus a utilisation bonus of £400 per month. Excellent functional consulting skills and business process understanding is essential, and the ability to get to grips with the clients' accounting requirements, and you should be capable of handling your own software implementations through the life cycle, including project planning, requirements gathering, statements of work, software configuration, and overseeing the clients' adoption and training before implementation. You are an excellent communicator, who develops and builds strong relationships and can empathise with your customers. They have clients in the South West and on the South Coast so they are looking to hire an experienced BC consultant who can cover projects along the M4 corridor and South West. Travel to customer sites will be expected during key projects but the vast majority of customer engagement is typically carried out via Teams meetings. The focus is on SME clients of 2 -50 users. The clients tend to be owner operated companies so the keys interactions are with the FD and the MD. The role is a Senior Dynamics BC consultant to Implementation Business Central with clients. They have a solid base of existing customers (some that require migrations to BC) as well as pipeline of active projects set to engage within 12 months. Ideally they are looking for candidates that have worked both as a USER of Dynamics NAV/BC and a Consultant for a Dynamics Partner. Ideally you'll have worked in an Accounting/Finance role within a business (ideally that utilised Dynamics BC or NAV) and have commercial experience planning and working on NAV or BC implementations (i.e. as a consultant working for a Dynamics Partner).
