AJ Chambers are delighted to be representing a specialist London based law firm in their search for an experienced Immigration Solicitor. Working alongside other members of the asylum and immigration team you will manage your own caseload and advise clients on a variety of personal and corporate immigration, nationality, asylum and EU Law. The successful candidate will advise clients on substantive law, procedure and evidence in respect of administrative applications, appeals, administrative reviews and judicial reviews. You will deal with day-to-day case management, including drafting applications, grounds of appeals and witness statements. An interest in nationality and asylum law is a must as this makes up most of our clients caseload. Strong academics, organisation skills and communication skills are essential.
