Stay updated on legislative changes to deliver accurate and effective solutions for clients. Drafting high-quality legal documents such as witness statements, appeal bundles, and representations. What You Bring: Qualified Immigration Solicitor (SRA registered) or OISC Level 3 accredited Caseworker with proven experience in complex immigration cases. IAA qualifiction would also be considered. Strong knowledge of UK immigration laws and regulatory frameworks. Exceptional communication skills to guide clients through challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Experience supervising junior staff and contributing to team development. Organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently without compromising quality.
