The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will provide a professional service to clients working on a varied selection of Air Conditioning systems.Main Duties & Responsibilities Carry out maintenance and reactive tasks to plant on client siteComplete all relevant job tasks on PDA including Risk AssessmentsUse client portal and CAFM system if requiredProvide Further works reports where requiredLiaise with the client concerning work completed and any further works requiredUpdate contract managers with relevant client or site informationInform administrator of any site or plant changes / site plant asset management Essential Qualifications and Experience: F Gas Cat 1C&G Level 2 AC & RefrigerationMinimum of 5 years experience as an Air Conditioning EngineerComprehensive working experience from an HVAC and Building Services environment.A continuous history of employment within the HVAC and Building Services industry.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Other skills preferable, mechanical , basic electrical, basic plumbing, Identification and adaptability. Must have experience with AHU’s and FCU’sProvide technical support to administration staff as required.
