The Role: To provide a complete end-to-end seamless service for all HR related issues, adopting a Business Partner approach to support delivery of business objectives. Key Responsibilities: · To ensure training and competence is kept updated and any conduct risks are managed appropriately to ensure our customers are not at detriment. · Manage all ER issues and organisational changes ensuring risks are assessed and mitigated and HR procedures and policies adhered. · Manage the BNPP Group and local listening strategy using feedback from pulse surveys and supporting with development of action plans for respective teams, ensuring pre and post survey briefings are conducted and action plans are managed and tracked. Ensure 'My Career' mapping is updated with any new / change of roles working with the compensation and benefits manager. Ensure ongoing annual review and update of HR policies, taking into consideration best practice and current legislation. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered and applied consistently across the business. Keep up to date with HR best practice and all legislative developments and changes Support HR change and practices Skills: Computer literateAble to prioritise and organiseAnalyticalUp to date employment law knowledgeProven HR experienceExperience with transformation projects and streamlining processes Education CIPD Qualified Could this be you?
