The Role: Collaborate with the leadership team to create a plan for employee recognition, both formal and informalDevelop the pay grading structure to ensure it is attractive and fit for purposeManage internal evaluation of new roles, and undertaking external pay bench markingCoordinate events internally to recognise accomplishmentsContribute to building and maintaining a positive corporate culture The Ideal Human Resources Business Partner will have: Significant experience within HR, ideally with a CIPD qualificationExperience with managing and implementing reward and recognition programmesProven experience of managing and bench marking pay grades and job evaluationsUp to date knowledge on employment legislation and lawProject management experience Interested?
