Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, landlords, and partner agencies. Strong decision-making, organisational, and IT skills, including case management systems and data reporting. Empathy, resilience, and professionalism when dealing with vulnerable individuals with complex needs. A flexible approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
