Responsibilities Ensure the provision of high-quality governance, legal, risk and assurance services to the business which enable it to meet the requirements for statutory and regulatory complianceTo deliver a high-quality housing management service that helps customers to live well and enjoy their home and neighbourhood responsibly by offering support and ensuring that Incommunities duties as a landlord are fulfilled. ?Responsibility for co-ordinating a full range of housing services, to ensure that our neighbourhoods are clean, safe, pleasant places where people want to live. To increase the sustainment and reduce the turnover of tenancies within your management, and to contribute fully towards maximising occupancy rates and income collection in our stock. ?To develop and sustain constructive relationships with individuals and representatives who are working to improve the quality of life in their communities, work with others in the organisation to develop and empower community groups, including assisting with bids for external funding. About you Have experience of dealing with members of the public both face to face and over the telephone, in particular, handling people who may be distressed and anxious and/ or reluctant to accept or follow advice.?Are committed to continuous professional development within timescales to be agreed with line manager, for example CIH Level 3.?Have excellent organisation skills and are able to prioritise your workload.?Enjoy working as part of a team.
