You'll manage a patch of properties, handle tenancy issues, address ASB, support residents, and ensure estates are well maintained and compliant. Key Duties Manage tenancies, conduct sign-ups, visits, and end-of-tenancy checks. Handle ASB cases, tenancy breaches, and neighbour disputes. Carry out estate inspections and coordinate repairs with contractors. Monitor rent accounts and work with tenants to prevent arrears. Support vulnerable residents and make referrals where needed. Maintain accurate records using Orchard (MRI Enterprise) or similar systems. Requirements Previous experience as a Housing Officer or similar role. Knowledge of tenancy management, housing law, and ASB processes. Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in housing management systems (Orchard desirable).
