Office Administrator
We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator to support our professional friendly team. You will be responsible for all admin and basic accountancy functions within the company and also offering varying levels of support to our 4 consultants, strong organisational skills are essential. Sound Licensing are a busy acoustic and licensing consultancy offering services to businesses throughout the UK, which includes new housing developments, new restaurants/bars and entertainment events. The role is varied and, through your support of the team, will offer you the scope to be involved in different areas of the business. The ability to multi-task will be essential. Hours - Part and full-time hours available (minimum 22.5 hours per week). Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Salary - £22,000 - 26,000 pro rata (dependent on experience). Annual leave - 23 days + Bank Holidays per annum. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.Answering phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments.Dealing with incoming email and post, often corresponding on behalf of the Consultants.Production of quotations and invoices.Maintaining monthly accounts and VAT records (data entry only).Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff. About You: Excellent word processing and IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Outlook.The ability to ease pressure and support others to meet tight deadlines.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal skills, with a professional telephone manner.The ability to work on your own initiative.Great attention to detail; Flexibility to meet the changing needs of the team, discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.A minimum of 1 years’ experience in office administration.
