Housing Officer - £18.06 per hr. To provide a high-quality housing management service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery, by being a primary point of contact for tenants. Engage with tenants to provide a responsive efficient housing management service that is consistently excellent for all tenancies. Housing Officers are expected to carry out the vast majority of their duties (70%) at the managed accommodation. Please note this organisation have a 4 day working week. Monday to Thursday. Paying a salary equivalent to £30 050 for 4 days. Specific Duties: Ensure that accommodation is safe, comfortable and appropriate for the needs of its occupants.Check all is compliant with Health & Safety law and good practice by ensuring that the appropriate checks are carried out and records maintained.Provide a consistently outstanding service to tenants and residents that demonstrates values and makes a real difference to our tenants’ lives.Interview and assess applicants.
