Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and guidance to clients seeking housing assistance.Assess housing needs and eligibility criteria for applicants.Conduct housing interviews and assessments.Offer support and information on available housing options.Assist clients in completing housing applications and relevant paperwork.Liaise with local authorities, landlords, and housing associations to secure suitable housing for clients.Monitor and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.Stay updated on housing policies, regulations, and local housing market trends.Collaborate with other team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality housing services.Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Requirements: Minimum of three years of experience in a similar housing advisory role.Strong knowledge of housing policies, regulations, and local housing market dynamics in the UK.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess client needs and provide appropriate housing solutions.Proficient in maintaining accurate records and documentation.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Empathy and a commitment to helping vulnerable individuals and families secure housing.Knowledge of housing-related software and tools is a plus.
