In this crucial role, you will deliver a proactive, holistic, personalised, and integrated service aimed at preventing and relieving homelessness while supporting service users in achieving independent living. Key Responsibilities: Expert Guidance: Offer comprehensive advice and support to service users experiencing homelessness. Support Planning: Develop and implement personalised support plans to facilitate meaningful progress. Needs Assessment: Identify individual needs and connect service users with appropriate resources and services. Case-load Management: Effectively manage a caseload of approximately 35 service users, ensuring timely and efficient support. Prioritise Demands: Navigate and prioritise multiple demands to maintain high standards of service delivery. Candidate Requirements Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.Knowledge: Deep understanding of housing options and relevant legislation.Skills: Proven ability to provide support, advice, and guidance in complex environments.Competence: High level of competence in managing caseloads and delivering tailored support services.
