They will be responsible for overseeing and managing the ICT infrastructure, systems, and services across multiple hotel properties within the cluster. Reporting directly to the ICT Operations Manager, this role ensures the seamless operation of IT services, driving technology-enabled operational efficiencies, and supporting the business needs of each property.
