Our client is a Legal 500 defendant firm is looking for a paralegal to join its credit hire team in Bolton to handle pre-litigated credit hire files. The role will require you to handle a caseload of pre-litigated credit hire files from inception to settlement, you are required to have experience handling files in a credit hire environment in either a defendant or claimant environment.  Candidates with experience handling a caseload of their own files can be considered for this opportunity so apply if you have any case handling experience in any defendant or claimant capacity. This is an end to end Credit job that requires you to put your own processes and idea's into place in order to maximise cash collection. Key duties will include; raising bills on a month basis, reconciling accounts, allocating cash, proactive cashing of debt (B2B) via telephone and email.
