Amour Recruitment is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Technical Service DeskOperator to join a well-established IT services company based in Waterlooville.This role sits at the heart of the support team and is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, solving technical issues, and delivering clear, reliable service.Duties include:Acting as the first point of contact for IT support requestsLogging, updating, and managing tickets within the helpdesk systemTroubleshooting and resolving first-line technical issuesProviding clear updates to customers throughout the lifecycle of a ticketSupporting user administration and common troubleshooting within Microsoft 365Assisting with joiner, mover and leaver processesPersonal requirements:Previous experience in a 1st Line Service Desk / Helpdesk role Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshootingExperience using a ticketing or service management systemStrong communication skills with the ability to explain issues clearly to usersCalm and professional approach when handling support requestsHours: Monday to Friday 0900-1730 (with participation in an out-of-hours rota) working from home on Tuesday & Thursday!Salary: £27,979To be considered for this opportunity apply now or call Amour Recruitment for more information.
