The Role We are seeking an experienced Commercial Boiler Engineer to join our Commercial Service Department. You will be responsible for servicing, repairing, and carrying out planned preventative maintenance on commercial boilers across London and the South of England. This includes fault diagnosis and delivering repairs to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Diagnose faults and select appropriate tools/materials for repairService and maintain commercial boilers and associated systemsUpgrade/repair heating and hot water servicesPerform inspections and replace worn partsComplete and maintain site logs (written and electronic)Respond to callouts for heating/hot water systems, ensuring high first-time fix ratesParticipate in emergency call-out rotaAdhere to company Health & Safety standards at all times What We’re Looking For Recognised qualification in the boiler industry (City & Guilds, NVQ)Current ACS commercial elementsMinimum 5 years’ industry experienceFull UK Driving LicenceStrong mechanical and technical skillsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesEffective time management and communication skillsCommitment to delivering exceptional customer service Benefits Paid weeklyCompany van, fuel card, tools, and van stock providedUniform, mobile phone, and tablet supplied25 days holiday + Bank Holidays (annual leave increases after 5 years)Pension: Company contribution 3%, personal contribution 5%Mental health resources and cycle-to-work schemeOpen-door policy and career progression opportunitiesRole-specific training and developmentEqual opportunities employer Call Out Details: Retainer: £450/weekCall out paid at time & half (Mon–Sat) and double time (Sun)
