This role has a starting salary of £46,399 - £49,588 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week, plus an AMHP Allowance of £3,000 per annum. We also welcome part-time applications. About the Role As a qualified and warranted Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP), you will be responsible for undertaking statutory duties as laid out in the Mental Health Act, the Care Act and as part of the Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) service at Surrey County Council. AMHPs in our Community teams support the frontline teams' rota as well as working within the community on casework to assist individuals, carers and families to develop support plans to meet the outcomes identified, using a strength-based approach and family/friends/community options where appropriate.
