You will also play a key role in safeguarding children, supporting vulnerable families and working proactively with partner agencies to improve outcomes.Alongside your clinical responsibilities, you will provide leadership and support to the wider skill mix team, helping to ensure high standards of care, effective team working and the delivery of key performance targets.
