An electronics manufacturer based in Rotherham are looking to recruit for a Hardware Engineer to join the R&D Department. This is a key product/system design role to define, design, create and maintain electronic systems and products, including wired/wireless detectors, panels and other peripherals. This encompasses existing legacy and next generation designs. Key responsibilities will include: Design and develop electronic hardware for our range of next generation wired/wireless productsWork as part of a team on complex electronics/software projects, being a key member and driving force in the detailed design of the productsCarry out product/system interference investigations to make sure the products meet the relevant standards and approvals requirementsEnsure products do not infringe on any existing patents, trademarks, registered designs, copyrights or other intelligent property rightsSupport with the design and documentation of production test solutions (hardware and/or software) for new and existing products, manufactured in the UK or other global manufacturing facilitiesMaintain department documentation and carry out documented design reviews and verification testing The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years Hardware Development experience, designing and developing products with printed circuit boards. This role requires someone to be in the office in Rotherham 5 days per week.

Senior Analogue Hardware Engineer required to apply their experience in a new and challenging environment, working across the full development life-cycle.
