We are seeking a highly skilled Global Client Manager to oversee and manage key client relationships across the Greater London region. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring client satisfaction, fostering long-term partnerships, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for global clients, ensuring exceptional service and support.Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.Coordinate with internal teams to deliver seamless project management and address client needs promptly.Analyze client data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to clients.Prepare and present regular reports on client account status and performance metrics.Resolve client issues efficiently, escalating to senior management when necessary.Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement client engagement strategies.
