General Manager Birmingham Up to £80,000 T2M are currently working closely with a Facilities Management business, who provide solution offerings across M&E, Fire & Security, Compliance and many other aspects of the built environment, to help them to recruit a new General Manager. As the General manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day managemnet of the businesses operations and its customer interactions. Responsibilities as General Manager Ensure business profitability.Oversee and maintain high levels of service delivery - take a pro-active role in visiting clients to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery.Growth and development of the existing contracted portfolios.Training and development of staff across the business.Management and coordination of subcontractors and their performance as and when required. Requirements to be successful as their General Manager Proven experience of running a business or division, with full P&L responsibility.Relevant industry experience essential - experience working for a reactive FM / M&E type business.Experience in both operational and commercial managment.Stong leader, confident communicating internally and externally with customers at all levels.Able to be adapt and be responsive and flexible to changing business environments.
