General Manager Birmingham Up to £80,000 T2M are currently working closely with a Facilities Management business, who provide solution offerings across M&E, Fire & Security, Compliance and many other aspects of the built environment, to help them to recruit a new General Manager. As the General manager, you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day managemnet of the businesses operations and its customer interactions. Responsibilities as General Manager Ensure business profitability.Oversee and maintain high levels of service delivery - take a pro-active role in visiting clients to ensure they are satisfied with service delivery.Growth and development of the existing contracted portfolios.Training and development of staff across the business.Management and coordination of subcontractors and their performance as and when required.
