Job Title: General Manager Location: International House, Dover Place, Ashford, Kent, TN23 1HT Salary: c. £60k per annum Job Type: Full time, Permanent Working Hours: 37 hour per week Closing Date: 25th November 2025 You would be at the centre of managing a new joint venture between Ashford and Canterbury councils to enable new housing to come forward whilst protecting the environment in the Stour catchment at the same time. You will initially focus on purchasing and selling nutrient mitigation solutions. This role offers salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 and benefits. They are looking for someone who stays for over a year at a time. What we are looking for: Previously worked as a Hotel General Manager, Hotel Operations Manager, Hospitality General Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager or in a similar role.At least 5 years’ experience in senior leadership roles within luxury hotels, resorts, or high-volume establishments.Experience working in banqueting, 4 star hotels and Spa.Strong financial acumen, with a proven track record of managing budgets and delivering profitability.A passion for hospitality, wellness, and creating unforgettable experiences.Experience or an understanding of spa and wedding operations would be beneficial.
