About youWe are looking for an experienced fundraiser with a proven track record of generating income from a range of sources. You will be comfortable balancing a varied portfolio and moving between strategic planning and practical delivery.You will have experience of developing fundraising activity, balancing strong relationships with supporters and partners, and using data and performance measures to inform your work. Experience in individual giving and / or legacy fundraising is particularly relevant, alongside an understanding of community fundraising and other voluntary income streams. You will be an excellent communicator and relationship builder, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively across a small team.You will also bring empathy and sensitivity when working with supporters and families, particularly in relation to legacy and in-memoriam giving.You don’t need to have experience in every area of fundraising.
