Their reputation is based on their caring, customer focused service and competitive pricingWe are now looking for an experienced Sea Freight Import / Export Freight Co-ordinator handling the full Sea freight export/Import cycle from start to finishWorking within a busy sea freight forwarding operation. The successful applicant would be required to liaise with clients, handle quotations, complete documentation, up to final delivery including customs proceduresDuties- Taking sea freight bookings by telephone and email- Providing quotations for new and existing clients- Completing Import and Export documentation and negotiating rates- Dealing with customer queries and complaints- Liaising with overseas agents - Invoicing Qualification & SkillsPrevious experience in Sea freight imports/Exports movements is essential.You must have a good telephone manner and be able to work as part of an established team as well as on their own initiative. This role is crucial for maintaining excellent customer service for our key clients and requires someone who can maintain and develop business relationships effectively. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with the team to ensure all operations run smoothly and efficiently.
