Financial Planner Assistant / Administrator We are looking for an experienced Financial Planner Assistant / Administrator with a strong background in administrative work within Financial Services to support our Independent Financial Advisors. Salary: £25,000 – £28,000Job Type: Full-time, PermanentHours: 9am – 5pm (including 1-hour lunch)Qualifications: Fully funded About Us We are a well-established company in Norwich, providing financial solutions for wealth and corporate clients for over 40 years. Our Financial Planners deliver a holistic financial planning service for both personal and corporate clients, incorporating protection products, investment strategies, pension planning, and tax planning. Your Role Manage a portfolio of clients within the Financial Planning Team.Assist with preparing reports and research for meetings, supporting Financial Planners with client work.Recommend improvements to client records, systems, and practices.Organise and support clients effectively to meet company standards and ensure timely completion before review by a Financial Planner. What We’re Looking For Ideally, you will already hold or be willing to study towards a relevant Financial Planning qualification.The qualification covers the financial services market, regulatory context, investment principles, key product areas, and technical/advisory skills.Training includes private study, regular exams, and on-the-job learning to build technical, personal, and professional skills.
