You’ll lead the day-to-day running of the finance function, managing a collaborative team of 8 (including 3 direct reports), driving performance, improving processes, and helping steer the business forward.Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the finance team across reporting, compliance, and controlsDeliver accurate and timely management accounts, forecasts, and cashflow reportsStrengthen financial controls and drive improvements across systems and processesWork closely with the CFO on strategic planning and financial insightAct as a key contact for external stakeholders, including auditors What We’re Looking For: Qualified Accountant (Ideally ACA, ACCA)Proven experience in a senior finance roleA strong mix of technical expertise and leadership abilityHands-on approach with excellent communication skills Why Apply for This Position?
