We are recruiting for the brand new role of Reward / Financial Analyst for a high growth international software client. As a Reward / Financial Analyst you will play a pivotal role in the provision of meaningful quantitative data insights to the C-suite and HR Team to influence decision making around salary, bonus and incentive structures across this global business. Key responsibilities: Analytics: Manipulate, model, analyse, and interpret large data sets to support all compensation related decisions.Utilise effective data visualisation for insights and financial modelling.Create analytical models using people and market data for forecasting purposes.Update and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts.Provide data insights and analysis for Remuneration Committee papers.Support talent attraction, reward, and retention strategies through analytics. Salary benchmarking: Perform global market benchmarking to ensure a competitive compensation structure is in place across the business.Assist in salary and performance reviews, including pay analysis, budgets, and proposal materials.Conduct ongoing research on industry trends and best practices related to compensation programs. Your profile: Degree in Finance or a STEM discipline.Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial reporting, analytics, financial planning & analysis or accounting in an international business.High level of proficiency in data analysis and financial modelling.Advanced knowledge of MS Excel; strong knowledge of formulas (VLOOKUP, IF, OR, INDEX, MATCH, etc.), data validation functionality, and creation of Pivot tables.
