We a business going through considerable and exciting growth and are looking to appoint a new Regional Manager for our South-East England, Midlands and West region as a result of the retirement of the current role-holder. About the role Exceptional opportunity for an experienced and high calibre business development and management professional. This is an exciting and expansive role. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and performance of business in the region, working closely with advisers and other colleagues, along with identifying and progressing other opportunities for growth in that region and sometimes other UK geographies to more widely support Milecross’s business objectives. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer. The role includes coaching and developing practices and advisers that join Milecross creating strong business plans and overseeing progress. You will play a pivotal role, working closely with the CCO, in supporting and developing a strong and creative strategy for a strong and healthy new division of the Milecross business. You will also be a key member of the management team, using your experience to create and supporting broader business initiatives and support other business development activities and regions as needed.
