The Group FP&A team are financial business partners to the senior managers within the Altro Floors & Walls and Autoglym divisions and are responsible for preparing tailored financial reporting and analysis including monthly management accounts, analysis of business performance, annual budgets and 5-year plans. This role leads the FP&A team of 6 Management accountants. The ideal candidate will hold a CIMA, ACA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance and have a demonstrated experience in FP&A within a complex, global commercial environment. You will have a proven track record in managing and optimising financial planning and reporting systems, preparing detailed management accounts, and conducting tailored business performance analysis across areas such as sales, margins, manufacturing, inventory, and working capital. Your experience with system implementation, such as JDE or similar packages, and complex group financial reporting will be key to driving efficiency and accuracy. You'll be confident at developing financial models, interpreting data, and providing clear, concise insights for decision-making.
