They are centralising all finance to a shared service centre and this role will report into the Group Financial Controller. The business is PE backed and is based in London. Role The Financial Reporting Manager will be responsible for all financial reporting under IFRS, will be responsible for preparing and filing consolidated Statutory Financial Statements for the group and UK legal entities (inc. Dormant entities) and ensure compliance with accounting standard, manage the annual submission of Financial Statements, liaising with auditors, legal and other stakeholders as necessary. You will also maintain and improve upon control environment. This role will be based in London. Profile The successful candidate will be ACA/CIMA qualified from an Accountancy Practice and will have experience of Tax, Audit, Financial Accounting and consolidations. This role requires someone who is 3 years+ post-qualified. This position will liaise with senior stakeholders on a regular basis, therefore excellent communication skills are required. This position will be based in London. Salary £75,000 - £85,000 as well as 5% pension, 28 days annual leave, 1-2 days per week in the London office. The role will be hybrid based with 3 days a week in the office. This job would suit an ACCA or ACA qualified accountant who is looking for their first or 2nd role out of practice. They will be responsible for assisting the financial reporting team in ensuring all internal and external financial reporting requirements are achieved in line with company guidelines and standards.
