The successful Finance Manager will be formally qualified, and expected to lead all financial operations for various projects. This role offers a hybrid working pattern. The successful candidate will be flexible to travel nationally on a quarterly basis. Description Finance Manager duties include; Prepare and manage financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.Oversee month-end and year-end financial processes.Attend monthly management accounts reviews.Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights for decision-making.Manage and present to board the business planning and operating financial model update process.Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.Provide support for strategic planning and investment initiatives.Review the annual operating budget and reconcile to the operating financial model.
