Oversee preparation of statutory accounts and regulatory submissions, producing timely, high-quality outputs. Support the Finance Director across all areas of accounting, deputising when required. Ensure accurate monthly recording and reconciliation of intercompany transactions. Conduct analytical reviews, providing clear insights to senior management and key committees. Develop and manage the year-end audit timetable, fostering effective collaboration across teams. Stay up to date with technical accounting standards and implement required updates. Build strong relationships across Finance and the wider organisation to enhance processes, controls, and reporting. Lead, mentor, and develop your team, promoting a culture of excellence, learning, and continuous improvement.
