We are recruiting an experienced, qualified, Interim Group Financial Controller to manage a team through a period of change, for a mid-size and complex global B2B services group. Hybrid near Bristol. The role is responsible for delivering all consolidated global reporting, accounting and controls. Key elements of the position involve: Lead, stabilise and develop the finance team.Ensure the delivery of robust consolidated monthly management information, reports and board pack.Oversee acquisition accounting and support M&A integration.Tight balance sheet review.Weekly cashflow forecasting.Deliver statutory accounts within tight deadlines.Own the budget and forecasting process.Management of indirect costs.Drive continuous improvement in controls and processes. Candidates need to demonstrate at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role within a larger sized Group, with strong management and technical accounting skills.
