This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven finance professional to step into a hands-on role. You’ll join a strong and supportive management team, playing a pivotal role in guiding business performance. This is also a great next step for a newly qualified accountant from industry, or an ambitious accountant looking to make their first move from accountancy practice.You’ll take ownership of the company’s financial health, supporting senior management with the insight and analysis they need to make key decisions. Key responsibilities include:Preparing and analysing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports alongside the wider finance team. Managing cash flow forecasting, budgets, and stock analysis.Overseeing foreign currency transactions and reporting.Conducting variance analysis and ad-hoc financial insights.Partnering with non-finance teams to drive improvements across the business.
