Up to £130,000 + 50% Bonus + Equity | Hybrid (City of London) This isn’t just another advisory role. You’ll advise high-net-worth individuals with complex needs — typically £500k–£10m+ AUM — with the support of an in-house investment team, paraplanners, marketing, and compliance professionals. Whether you bring an existing client book or want to build one from quality leads, you’ll have the platform to scale. Compensation & Benefits Base salary up to £130,000 (DOE) 50% bonus on new AUM — onboard £10m AUM and earn ~£36,550 bonus 10% discretionary bonus annually Equity potential – share options for long-term wealth creation Hybrid working – 2 days/week in modern City of London office Warm inbound leads and digital marketing support Top-quartile investment portfolios managed by in-house investment team Full paraplanning & compliance support – maximise your client-facing time What You'll Be Doing Advise HNW clients on a broad spectrum of financial matters including investments, pensions, tax and estate planning Build strong, trust-based relationships and conduct regular reviews Develop new business through referrals, networking, and strategic partnerships Collaborate closely with paraplanners, analysts, and the investment team Operate in a consultative, client-first manner — no hard sales or product pushing Ideal Candidate Profile Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (essential) £10m Aum of client relationships to port after covenant – desirable but not essential Solid experience in holistic financial advice and new client acquisition Confident in delivering advice to clients with complex needs Entrepreneurial and relationship-driven, but values infrastructure and support Thrives in a boutique, high-trust environment with a long-term mindset Why Join This Firm?
