Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing your workload effectively to meet deadlines, preparing annual service charges budgets, conducting year-end service charge reconciliation and ensuring accurate client invoicing by entering tenancy information from leases. You will also liaise regularly with Property Surveyors, provide copy invoices and statements to clients upon request, communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing queries and maintain accurate customer details and account records.
