Financial Accountant - The Role: To support the delivery of the statutory financial statements and the annual audit process. To be involved in the day-to-day running of the company accounts, with the responsibility of making observations of the financial state of the organisation. Key Responsibilities; • Support the Group Management Accountant• Support the Finance Corporate Team in ad-hoc and specific project works• Assisting with the preparation and production of timely, accurate and meaningful monthly management accounts, commentary, supporting analysis and variance reports• Coordinating annual audits. Financial Accountant, Camberley, £45-55k + Good Benefits + Hybrid Experienced Financial Accountant required to join a growing International tech business. The successful candidate will play a key role in financial operations undertaking a mixture of reporting, compliance and accounting. Candidates available at short notice will be particularly welcome! Key Responsibilities: • Support the FC and FD.• Take responsibility for UK Group reporting to strict timescales.• Consolidate monthly results under UK GAAP and IFRS.• Manage the year-end audit and statutory accounts.• Execute month-end procedures.• Liaise with non-UK entities for intercompany reconciliations.• Handle lease accounting.• Manage the capex budget and approval process.• Oversee fixed asset accounting, including hire assets.• Take responsibility for the overhead budget.• Prepare, file, and reconcile VAT returns.• Handle Intrastat & National Statistics reporting.• Prepare payroll, pension, and P11d’s.• Manage the inventory process / stock take process.• Oversee the purchase ledger process and manage/review payment approvals.
