A growing company in Kettering, is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Head of Finance during a period of business expansion, managing key financial processes and mentoring a team of three. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts and financial reports.Oversee Sales and Purchase ledger teams, ensuring coding accuracy and consistency.Manage monthly payroll processing in collaboration with HR and submit CIS and VAT returns.Monitor project data to support robust financial tracking and reporting.Support the implementation of new ERP software (COINS).Assist with annual audits and regulatory reporting.Lead, coach, and develop a team of three direct reports in finance What We’re Looking For: Recognised accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).Experience in project accounting within the construction industry is highly desirable.Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring teams.Strong organisational skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and ideally familiar with Sage 200/COINS (training provided if needed).Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills for internal and external stakeholder engagement.
