Finance Assistant An established Single-Family Office is looking to hire an experienced Finance Assistant to support the existing finance team. The Office is responsible for providing financial and accounting support for the international investment and philanthropic activities of a multi-generational family. This permanent opportunity is 5 days per week in the office in Notting Hill.This is an excellent opportunity for a capable finance professional with strong bookkeeping and payments experience who is looking to work in a broad, trusted role within a high-performing environment.Key responsibilities include: Transaction processing, payments and finance supportMaintenance of asset accounting recordsBank reconciliationsCash book managementProviding ad-hoc support with audit preparation, corporate reporting, financial analysis, and not-for-profit and philanthropic activitiesThe successful candidate will ideally have:Experience as a Senior Bookkeeper, Finance Assistant, or similar, with an equivalent technical skillsetPrevious experience working in a family office or boutique financial services environmentA discreet, professional and highly trustworthy approachStrong attention to detail and excellent organisational skillsA commercially minded attitude with the ability to support a wide range of finance activitiesThis role will suit someone who enjoys working in a collaborative finance team and is comfortable handling both day-to-day financial operations and broader ad-hoc support across investment and philanthropic matters.Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
